Our name
Why Elpis?
In Greek myth, Pandora opened a box and every hardship poured into the world. One thing stayed behind, at the very bottom: Elpis, the spirit of hope. We named this after her — because caring for someone you love is hard, and hope needs somewhere to live. For a family, that somewhere should be one calm, shared place.
The problem we're solving
Caregiving gets scattered — sticky notes on the fridge, a bulging binder, three different group texts, a calendar only one person can read. So a medication gets missed. An appointment slips. The sibling two states away has no idea how Mom did this week. And one person quietly carries all of it, until they’re running on empty.
